Meet The Foerch Family

Chad and Erin Foerch live in SE Iowa with their four children. They are adding two beautiful 5 year old girls from China to their family. They plan to travel sometime in March of 2015 and bring their girls home. They have grown to love their new daughters and they can't wait to make them an official part of their family!

Meet The Lanz Family

After discovering the close connection between their youngest two girls and a nine year old boy they met while he was being hosted in the States, the Lanz family started the China process all over again - one last time. Home in May of 2013 with Abigail and Jen, and in April of 2014 with Isaac, they had no intention of returning again so soon – if ever! But Abigail, Jen and Patrick grew up together from 2006 when they were babies, until the girls were adopted in 2013. It was obvious they had a bond, and the rest of the family fell head over heals in love with him too! Even though still “broke” from the other three adoptions, they decided that money was not a valid reason to have to leave Pat in the orphanage. God has been so faithful to their step of faith and they only need about $12,000 more to have this adoption totally funded. The Lanz family received LOA in late December, and hope to travel in March to bring Pat home.

Meet the Thew Family

On the other side of the world, two unbelievably precious children are wondering if they will ever truly have a family to call their own. What they don't know is that we are coming to bring them home very soon! Saying yes to making Ezra our treasured son and Eden our cherished daughter was the easy part. Why wouldn't we? We have been working fervently to raise the remaining funds necessary to complete their adoption. Without the help of so many people supporting us and loving our new children home, this simply wouldn't be possible. But we're almost there. It takes a village, and we are so thankful for ours.

We are the Thew Family. :) I am a stay at home mom and my husband is a United States Marine. :) We have 4 children and are adopting 2 more from China! We are so excited to meet Ezra (Boy- age 2) and Eden (girl- age 6)! Thank you for being part of our “village!”

Meet the Collier Family

Marc and Becky met in 2003 and were married in 2005. God blessed them with Will in 2008 and Michael in 2010. In 2012, God allowed the Colliers to walk a difficult journey with their oldest, Will, and he was eventualy diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome. Through that journey, God showed the Colliers that they were living for themselves. With broken hearts, they surrendered to His Will. Big changes were in store; they moved to a new state, Becky gave up her career to stay home, and the boys started school. Through it all, they grew in their relationships with Christ and became connected with a local body of Christ. As they "settled in" to their new lives, both Marc and Becky felt unsettled in their hearts: God began to call them both to consider adoption. Their plan: Domestic, healthy adoption of one to two children younger than their own. God changed all of that a year ago when Marc and Becky, through the Nolan adoption joirney, were introduced to Nadia and Nancy on Reece's Rainbow. Nadia and Nancy are twins born in 2007 diagnosed with fetal alcohol syndrome, pyramidal insufficiency in legs, crossed eyes, and mental delay. Five months of struggle followed, until at last, Marc and Becky surrendered to the Will of God and committed to adopt the beautiful set of twins. Since May, both Marc and Becky have been filled with an incredible sense of peace and joy despite the difficult challenges of international adoption. They and the boys pray daily for the sisters, dubbed affectionately "Sissy and Sassy," and they anticipate the day when their family will be complete. James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
