Current 5/5/5 Fund Raisers!!

We have several fundraisers going on for the 5/5/5 for Families program right now.  Please feel free to support and share!  To keep up with all our families and fund raisers, please follow our Facebook page.

Avon for Adoptions:
*For the rest of January, 20% of each purchase will go to the 5/5/5 for Families account.  Follow the Avon for Adoptions Facebook page to keep up with sales and offers.  Any orders placed at this link will be counted.

Pandora Style Beads:
*I am still selling pandora style beads as a fundraiser. Each bead is handmade from yellow roses and red carnations. A yellow rose shows a Promise of a new beginning (it also happens to be the national flower for the country I am looking at adopting from). A red carnation can show adoration and good luck (it is also Ohio's state flower). For my fundraiser I am asking for a donation of $20 for just the bead. The beads will fit on a Pandora style bracelet. You can also get your bead on an angel or a bracelet for an additional donation of $10.

This month all proceeds will be donated to the 5/5/5 families on Reece's Rainbow.
To purchase a bead please email me your donation receipt or message me for for more information! (specialridingstars@gmail.com)

Bracelets/Watches:
*I will be donating the funds from my bracelet/watch sales to the 5/5/5 families each month. You can check out my little shop here. The cost the fund will get is at least half minus shipping. So if a bracelet is $15 plus $3.00 to ship the fund would get $7.50. Sometimes it will be more depending on the beads I use. Basically I just have to recoup the cost of my beads and shipping cost. Also, the money has to be sent directly to me through Paypal and then I donate it to the fund.

Valentine Blocks:

Norwex:
*Through the 30th of the month, I will be donating my Norwex commission to the 555 families. Use this link to help 5 families this month

Hand Knit Items:
*Through the end of January, 50% of the purchase price of each item in this album will go to 5/5/5 for Families.  Items are premade and ready to ship.

Scentsy:
*Scentsy Valentine's Fundraiser for January's five5five Families. All proceeds (25%) will be donated towards this month's five5five Families. Please be sure to click on the link for Reece's Rainbow five5five Families when you order.

The Butler Family

We're the Butler Bunch and we're pursing a precious little boy with Down Syndrome from Macedonia!

We've been married 9 years and have an 8 year old daughter and a 6 and 5 year old son. Our youngest also has Down Syndrome, so we have amble experience with special needs.

We are a Pilot Family for a new International Adoption Program which would open the doors for many other children with special needs to be adopted into forever families!

We are so grateful for this unique opportunity and look forward to adding another special blessing into our family!

We are so appreciative of your prayers and encouragement!

Meet Ladybug's family

Chris and Kami of Colorado always talked of adopting "one day," and God showed them they had no reason to wait! They have two daughters and are so excited to add a third. Their little Ladybug lives in an orphanage in Eastern Europe, and they hope to travel to meet her very soon. They've worked hard to make it to this point in the adoption process; and although much waiting remains, they know they're closing in on the finish line! They can't wait to make Ladybug a forever part of their family!

Meet the Karrick Family

HelloWe are the Karrick Family we live in Georgia.  We are: Steve, Ginger (Dad and Mom) Alicia, Joseph, Maria, KimmieLibbie and Opal.  Ginger and I have three biological children and three Adopted children, all from China.  We are all ready to welcome sweet Mariella into our home.

This past November the Lord showed us our sweet Mariella.  She is medically fragile (not able to swallow) and non-verbal.  Mariella must receive medical intervention soon!  Her medical condition in China is “undiagnosed”.  We are praying that we will be in China at the end of April to bring her home.

Meet The Reed Family

We are the Reed Family and we have been abundantly blessed with 10 precious children, four born to us,  five through the miracle of adoption, and one sweet Princess who waits for us in heaven (our sweet Sophia passed away just 6 days before we were to travel to China for her and her brother, Joel, last February)!   We are in the process of adopting two precious little girls…Talia who just turned three and Caitlyn who just turned two!  We had hoped to bring Talia home along with our son Joel last Feb./March, but due to some issues with adoption paperwork in Talia’s Province, her adoption file could not be completed in time.  We are so very thankful that NOW is the time to bring our sweet girl home and that we will be able to travel for her this spring!  Caitlyn, who has Down Syndrome like our daughters Mikayla and Khloe,  came to us as quite a surprise when our agency received her file right before Christmas and thought our family would make a perfect match!  We are so excited that Talia and Caitlyn will have each other to play with and the two of them will certainly keep us on our toes!  It’s been a very long wait with lots of ups and downs, but we are so happy that travel to Talia and Caitlyn is finally just a couple of months away!  We can’t wait to have both of our precious daughters in our arms!

Meet the Graham Family

"Adoption is not the call to have a perfect, rosy family. It is the call to show mercy, love, and patience." -Anonymous

And so we begin the journey to adopt a six year old girl with hearing loss from Poland! :)

For those of you who don't know us, we have been blessed with four biological children and we can honestly say that we never saw adoption in our future.  However, the Lord showed us otherwise when we viewed a photo of a bright-eyed, sweet-smiling girl in a pink skirt and purple tights!

We are working hard to save what we can and fundraise the $40,000 it will take to bring this sweet little girl home.

We thank you immensely for assisting us through this adoption process. We know the Lord will accomplish what He has started and we look forward to the adventure ahead!
